Laminate
High Pressure Laminate(HPL), as one kind of building materials, is applied to a variety of cores, including particle board, MDF, plywood,plastic, honeycomb,foam, or metal. It is made of some pieces of kraft paper impregnated by phenol resin. Because of its high density, HPL has many excellent advantages, especially can resist humidity, heat, cigarette, chemical(Alkali & Acid), bacteria,static, and impact. According to different application, there are mainly four types of HPL: decorative laminate sheets, postforming laminate, compact laminate, chemical resist compact.
These HPL products are widely used for internal decoration, furniture cabinet, toilet board, lab chemical board, bus & ship part, bowling board etc.
HPL is designed as per different demands, so it has a wide range of colors, including plain color, woodgrain, fine nature, metallic brush and so on. Each color can get finished of matt,glossy, texture, waved and other special shapes. We supply as many dimensions as we can to meet customer’s demand:
