So choose an experienced welder is also an important factor to make up a nice system.
3. DELIVERY. Copper items will easily cause distortion during the shipping if donot be taken care of. It require to be well packaged. For container shipping, we will also make the crate and tile the copper items to fix inside the crate. 3-4 cover of bubble bag will package outside the copper to ensure.

The parts of this equipment that contact materials are all made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L, so the equipment has good corrosion-resistant capability and can save energy, protect environment, reduce production cost and increase efficiency.
Feature:
This device can distill thin alcohol of 30~50 degree to 93~95 degree. The residual liquid has low discharge alcohol content, which is in accordance with environment protection requirement.
The device adopts highly-effective stainless steel corrugated loading material. The parts contacting material are all made of stainless steel.The equipment surface has got surface polishing treatment. GMP medical standards.
We can meet up your individual requirements to provide high quality design, in line with the family and family field distillation drinking at the party, to keep up with high quality level.
1 - When Delivered by LCL (Less Container Loading), The tank will be covered by Pearl Wool, then Packed in Wooden case !
2 - When Loaded in Whole Container, The tank will be covered by Pearl Wool, Lay down & fixed on a Iron frame, finally the whole tank will be fixed in the container !
any fittings broken within 24 months against the date of B/L, we will send you to replace for free.
