Delivery
1.If the order is not big,door to door service by courier is okay,such as TNT,DHL,Fedex,UPS,EMS etc to all countries.
We will send you a Tracking Number when we ship the items for you to track;
2.By air or sea through your pointed forwarder is the normal way we do. FOB Port is Guangzhou or Shenzhen;
3.If you don't have your forwarder,we can find the cheapest forwarder to ship the goods to your pointed port.

1. What's your best price for this bracelet?
A: We will quote you best price according to your quantity, so when you making an inquiry, please let us know the quantity you want.if not,then We will quote price for MOQ.
2. What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?
A: For watch, if we have stock, MOQ is 20PCs per color .
3. What's the delivery time?
A: For products that are in stock, we can ship it within 7 working days after receiving your payment. For custom order, quantity within 2000PCs, production time is 15 -25 days after all details confirmed.
4.What's your packing?
A:Our usual packing for watch is opp bag, packing box is also availlable.
5. Can we print our own logo?
A: Yes, we can print logo for you, usually if the color of the logo is less than 3 colors, we can print it free for you.
6.What about the warranty?
A: Warranty is 1 year from shipment date. For quality issue or shortage of quantity, please give us feedback once you receive them. We will need your pictures for the packing carton and default watches and acutal weight of the goods to check and deal with your order issue accordingly.
