Detailed Description
GRILL
The stainless steel grill on the Professional hot dog cart is a double rack four independent burners with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won’t have to clean it every day. Please know that people prefer grilled hot dogs and sausages rather than steamed.
STEAM TABLE
The steam table on the Professional hot dog cart consists of three big burners with its own shut off valve. The steam table accommodates three full size pans. That is a lot of cooking power. You can steam your buns, heat up the chili, sauerkraut and cheese. You can also steam your hot dogs; keep your grill onions warm, etc. The steam table includes three roll tops and three spillage pans, which are the pans where you add water and then your inserts to heat them up. You can order your inserts according to your needs. The insert pans will be an optional and they will vary on the price depending on which ones you choose. All the spillage pans and the inserts will be NSF approved and listed. Also removable for easy cleaning.
SINKS
The Professional hot cart comes standard with 4 stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water, a 5-gallon clear water tank and a 7 gallon disposed water tank.
BEVERAGE BIN
The beverage bin on the Professional hot dog cart has its own drain and is insulated to maximize the life of the ice. It holds 144 cans. The lid is hinged and easily reachable for the customers to help themselves and for you to refill it.
MEAT COMPARTMENT
The meat compartment on the Professional hot dog cart is an icebox with a hinged lid and plenty of capacity to keep your products cold or frozen.
CONDIMENT TRAY
The condiment tray on the Professional hot dog cart consists of a stainless steel box with enough space to fit 5 pans and slotted lids. Here, you can offer diced onions, relish, pepper rings, jalapenos, dill pickles or anything else you would like to offer. All five containers and lids are NSF approved and listed. The stainless steel condiment box is sealed, so you can add ice underneath the pans.
STORAGE
The upper storage on the Professional hot dog cart has four sliding windows with handles and is sealed, so you don’t have to remove anything in case of rain. It is 8 feet long by 2 feet deep, Lots of space. Perfect to keep your fresh hot dog buns, potato chips, napkins, extra foil, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. The lower storage compartment is located under the counter to the left of the vendor’s position. It can fit several cases of sodas and water. It has its own door with a safety latch.
HEATING SOURCE
The three burners for the steam table and the grill on the Professional hot dog cart run on propane. There are two propane tanks stored neatly and easily-accessible behind a door with a safety latch in its own propane compartment. It holds two twenty-pound tanks, so you will not run out in the middle of the day. Tanks are not included.
TRAILER
The Professional hot dog cart rests on a D.O.T. approved heavy duty trailer (title available) with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it at freeway speeds with safety. The tires size is 4.8” x 8” standard.
TOWING BAR
The tow bar hitch on the Professional hot dog cart is removable (great feature, as this looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it). It is equipped with a 1 7/8" ball coupler with two safety chains, and is also available with an optional size 2" ball coupler.
LIGHTS
The lights on the Professional hot dog cart are tail, stop, signal and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.
WHEEL LEVELING JACK
Keep your Professional hot dog cart on the level with this easy-to-use 1500 lb. capacity swing-back trailer jack. With the swing-back style there’s no need to remove the jack when hauling the hot dog cart, just fold it back and away. The trailer jack has a side crank handle to level it.
