Product
Usage: Great barrier capacity and food grade material fits for tea, snack, powder, and other products packaging.
Material Structure
Safety food material, and laminated with Aluminum or Metalize PET, it is with excellent barrier capacities, including moisture, air, and light. PE as inner layer is for heat sealed. If it is necessary, to be laminated with NY/PE, it can be anti-puncture and pressure resistance.
1. Three layers with Paper/AL/LLDPE, Paper/Metalized PET/LLDP, or Coated paper/AL/PE.
2. Four layers with PET/Paper/AL/LLDPE, PET/Paper/AL/LLDPE for glossy appearance
3. Four layers with MBOPP/Paper/AL/LLDPE, MBOPP/Paper/Metalized PET/LLDPE for matte appearance.

1. Food grade material, with FDA & SGS certification.
2. Quad sealed bag, a self-standing style bag, fits for shelf display which can provide your customers an intuitive sight of your product.
3. Excellent barrier property against air, moisture and puncture; excellent anti-leakage capacity and efficient in keeping food flavor.
3. Vivid gravure printing up to 9 colors, good luster appearance!!!
4. Suitable for automatic packaging and food packaging.
5. Suitable for 250g, 500g and 1000g tea ,coffee or snack food packaging.
Size can also be customized!!!!
Printing: Vivid gravure printing up to 9 colors. Glossy and matte appearance can be mixed printed together.
Available Thickness: From 50 microns to 180 microns (1.95 mil ---7.02 mil)
Available Size: Customized size.
Price
MOQ: Generally 20.000 PCS, based on the bag size and shape
Packaging: Usually packaged by cartons, 2000 pcs/per carton. The carton size is 57*39*22 cm. The weight of 2000 pcs is about 23 kg. Products can be packed as client's requirements.
Delivery Term: 10-15 days for plain bags; 20-25 days for printed bags.
Payment Term: T/T Payment, 30% amount and plates cost prepaid, balance before we send telex release B/L.
Shipment Term: FOB Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Shunde, CIF as client's requirement.
