10. Follow-up Services
Free installation at the site. The buyer should bear all the service expenses for our technicians during the time of installation and commissioning which includes accommodation, meals, visa and round-trip tickets between two countries.
In order to make better communication, the buyer should have a Chinese interpreter for the installation
The offer price do not include service fee.
11. Force Majeur:
Neither party will hold the responsibility if either of the both parties can not perform to the contract due to the International accepted Force majeure such as acts of Gods, strike, governmental restriction, lockout, war, etc... In such case, The Seller or The Buyer shall both email & Fax immediately to opposite party within 30 days & send the certificate as evidence after the email& fax, otherwise, the force majeure can not become effective
12. Arbitration:
All disputes arising from the execution of or in connection with this contract shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiation. In case no settlement can be reach through negotiation, then the case shall be submitted to the Arbitration Commission of China for Arbitration in accordance with its provisional rules of procedure. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties Court fees and other related charges shall be borne by the losing party, unless otherwise agreed
13. General Term:
The two parties undertake to carry out this contract strictly. Any supplement or amendment to this contract shall be made in writing after being mutually agreed by both parties.
14. Contract Issue
This contract is made in 02 copies in English with equal value. The supplier keeps one (01) copy, as well as the buyer.
15. Validity of the offer within one month from the quotation date.
