1, About the sample: How could I get a sample?

Once you send us back the Sample Request Inquiry Form we send you before, we can give you ONE or TWO free samples, but the freight should be paid by your side. After we receive your payment for their express delivery and then send samples to you. Express delivery charge depends on the volume and weight of the samples. And we will reduce the money of freight from your next order.

2, About the defect rate: What is the defect rate of your cartridges?

We guarantee the HP series defective rate is less than 1%, the other series is less than 2%.

3, About the warranty: How long for warranty?

Our warranty is 18months.We take seriously responsibility on every product of ours; we'd like to offer customers replacement 1:1 in the next order if there are any defects.

4, About compensation: what is your company's compensation policy?

We guarantee the Hp series defective rate is less than 1%, the other series is less than 2%. Within the defective rate, we will offer customers 1:1 replacement in the next order if any defects. Considering the international shipping fees, customers collect the defects for us in a short time till the total volume is up to 2~3 CBM, we will call them back together. Up to now, we didn’t get any difficult complaint,

5, About price list: can I get your price list?

Yes, please tell us the products (with their code number) and order quantity, then we will offer the price by e-mail. And our price list will keep updated every month.

6, About the shipment: what type of shipment will you use?

We usually ship the products by express delivery to your door or by air freight to your nearest airport. If the order quantity is large, we may ship by sea container.

7, About payment: what terms of payment do you use?

-The order value is less than US$10,000, 100% T/T or West Union, Paypal in advance

-The order value is above US$10,000, 30% deposit, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before delivery.

8, About the MOQ: What is your minimum order qty?

Our minimum order qty is 50pcs each model, but we accept small order as trial order.

9, About the delivery: What’s your delivery time?

-Sample order: 3 working days after confirmed the deposit.

-Official order: 7-10 working days after confirmed the deposit

10, About sole-distributor: How can I be your sole-distributor?

We have special policy for sole-distributor. Please contact our sales person to get related files. If you can sell our products worth USD 10,000 ----50,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth USD 50,000 or above per month, you can become our sole distributor in your country.

11, About the packaging: Can you arrange packaging for my private brand?

We can print your boxes for you, but the MOQ is 2000pcs. If your quantity is not up to the MOQ, I'm afraid usually we need to charge for some deposit for the rest of the boxes since it is only used for your products. When the rest boxes are all used, we will return the deposit for you; sincerely hope you can kindly understand.
