This machine is mainly used in cottonseeds delinting process in order to develop the oil pressing 

efficiency.

Mechanical system working principle:

Cottonseeds enter hopper through screw conveyor,under the driving of feeding motor.double feeding 

rollers in hopper rotate in opposite direction, sprinkle unform cottonseeds on the slide towards the 

whole feeding rollers length.To avoid impurity iron entering delinting room and damage saw bit,so they 

need to be magnetic separated through magnetic separator back of slide before entering room.Clear 

cottonseeds enter delinting room through slide after separated, by stirring of rollers and hooking of 

saw bit,cottonseeds form cottonseeds roll, because of the line speed difference between cottonseeds 

roll and saw bit,so easy to delint.Hooking of sawbit makes cottonseeds separate from short lints,

separated short lints enter brushing system, under the brushing of brushing system cotton(airflow),brush down short lints from saw bits,short lints are absorded in lints collector under the 

negative pressure and ready for packing.Centrifuge force of Impurity in short lints large than imurity 

discharge of short lints,makes impuries separate from short lints,impurities are discharges out of 

machine through screw conveyor.Delinted cottonseeds slide out of machine along with the 

rods in the discharge rod frame because its adhesive force reduce.

Control system working principle:
During delinting process, by adjusting the speed of feeding motor,controlling the feeding capacity,

makes density of cottonseeds roll reach precise adjustment and stability.Install a speed adjustment 

meter in control system,adjust meter to control rotate speed,adjusted motor drive double feeding rollers

run in opposite direction to convey the materials.When the  feeding flow capacity is over large,saw bit 

shaft torsion increase, motor current go up.adjust the speed adjustment meter,reduce rotate speed,

control the feeding capacity.If the cottonseeds capacity is not enough ,adjust speed adjustment meter,

increase motor speed,increase feeding capacity,so feeding capacity and discharging capacity of the 

whole delinting process keep stable,and reach a perfect control process.If you want to change feeding 

capacity,adjust speed adjustment meter and change the motor speed,makes cottonroll reach density you need.
