Alternative Rotary Bend and Push Bend
Can bend round, square, rectangle, profile tube, rod or special profiles.
With / without mandrel bending.
The tube or bar can be mild carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other materials.
The bending precision is ±0.1mm, controlled by encoder for sure the high precision.
Trolley pushing bending can fulfill large radius bending.
Special design for trolley, precise angle position. (servo motor closed-loop used).
The machine body reinforce design; annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress; enough strength and rigidity to prevent permanent deformation.
Drive shaft fixed directly from the upper, accurate installation, convenient maintenance. Bend shaft and drive chains integrally casted, more solid. Drive shaft driven by double oil cylinders, pipe bending 5 r/min. Special design makes high bending accuracy.
Clamping system adopts subsided four connecting rod lifting power structure, convenient for fetching bent pipes.
