DESCRIPTIONS
A16 Sanitary Grade Multi-purpose Silicone Sealant is a one part, neutral cure, fast curing, silicone sealant that exhibits mildew resistance properties and for professional uses; it is formulated for use in wet areas and contains a mould and mildew inhibitor, such as bathroom, kitchen, and seals waterproofs concerned facilities, it has good features as below,
Neutral cure, will not corrode metal or concrete.
Contains fungicide that resists mould and mildew.
High resistance to ageing.
Excellent UV & Weathering resistance.
Very good adhesion and compatibility to most of substrates and accessories.
Durability
Reliable, properties remained within serviceable range of -50℃ to 150℃, without brittle, crazing or cracking.

Sealing in laundries
Sealing and weather proofing sanitary ware and spas
Suitable for wet areas
Good adhesion and compatibility to steel, metal, glass, aluminum, ceramics, tiles, masonry, tiles, concrete and other building substrates.
Many plastics (pre- test)
LIMITATIONS
Sealant cures by contact with moisture vapor in the air, not recommended for using in closed or confined areas where sealant cure may be inhibited by lack of air.
Do not apply when substrates surface temperature exceed 40℃ or below -5℃., or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
DIRECTIONS
Apply for prepared substrates, make sure the substrates surface must be clean and dry, no dust, no oil, no water and other contamination.
CAUTION
When skin or eyes inhaled, remove to fresh air and flush with water for 15 minutes, if irritation persists, consult doctor. Fully cured sealant is not hazardous.

HANDLING & PRECAUTIONS
Store in a cool, dry and covered location at below 27℃, keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.
SHELF LIFE: 12 MONTHS
