♥ How do I get started?
There are three decisions you have to make and then we can guide you through the rest of the process:
A. Establish your budget. How much do you have available for a playground? Remember to allow for taxes, freight, installation, and customization, if desired.
B. Determine your location clearances. What is the desired footprint, including width, depth and height of the playground? How many floors you going to make? Any building pole inside? Which side of the playground you would like to make a entry and exit gate?
C. Identify your playground objectives. What about your playground is most important to you and to your patrons? Is it themed or any other style you like the playgorund looks to be? What’s the targeted age group? Do you have a wish list of primary components?
The answers to these questions will help us design the system that best suits your needs.
♥ How long does it take to get a plan or drawing?
If you have all of the basic items above before you call us that will expedite the process. 2-4 days is our usual turnaround time for an initial design and quote. If you have a large or complex project that requires theme development, it may take a bit longer.
♥ What is your warranty?
Superboy warrants that our playgrounds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date the Play Unit installation is completed. Our sales representatives are available to discuss with you the details of our limited warranty.Call our foreign trade department at 020-34702676 for more service.
♥ Do you sell "used" equipment?
No. Playground equipment is required to meet stringent safety standards. Used equipment may not meet those requirements as we cannot certify how well they were maintained. Superboy only sells OEM factory new equipment to ensure a quality product.
♥ Does your equipment meet CE and other international codes?
Superboy designs and builds our equipment to meet US safety standards for CE and German standards for GS. Some countries utilize different standards. If you have questions about whether a specific playground component meets another country’s standards, just ask and we’ll find out for you.
