DESCRIPTIONS
V-12 High Performance Structural Silicone Sealant, is a one part, acetic cure, RTV silicone rubber sealant, is for structural glazing and building construction application, high performance silicone adhesive with high tensile strength, mechanical properties for curtain wall, Total Vision System (TVS) and architectural applications., it has good features as below,

Architectural grade silicone sealant that exhibits outstanding physical properties for projects and general building construction as well as structural glazing adhesive uses,
Strong adhesion to most construction materials and building (glazing & caulking) accessories.
Reliable, properties remained within serviceable range of -50℃ to 250℃, without brittle, crazing or cracking.
TIPICAL USES
STRUCTURAL GLAZING for curtain wall and façade system
Total Vision System (TVS) & spider glazing system
Aquarium, big panel glass, skylights, canopies and general glazing
For specialty architectural glazing.
Good adhesion to most of building materials, such as glass, aluminum, window and door, steel and so on.
General glazing and caulking uses.
LIMITATIONS
Sealant cures by contact with moisture vapor in the air, not recommended for using in closed or confined areas where sealant cure may be inhibited by lack of air.
Do not apply when substrates surface temperature exceed 40℃ or below -5℃., or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
DIRECTIONS
Apply for prepared substrates, make sure the substrates surface must be clean and dry, no dust, no oil, no water and other contamination.
CAUTION
When skin or eyes inhaled, remove to fresh air and flush with water for 15 minutes, if irritation persists, consult doctor. Fully cured sealant is not hazardous.

HANDLING & PRECAUTIONS
Store in a cool, dry and covered location at below 27℃, keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.
SHELF LIFE: 12 MONTHS
