A:We have Mill finish,Anodized,Powder coated,Eletrophoresis,
Wood grain,Polish,Sandblast,Brush, PVDF coating ,the color is Silvery white,
black, golden, champagne, dark bronze or according to your requirement.
2,What’s the thickness for anodized?
A:Normal profile is 10μ,we also can do 15μ and above.
3,Could you provide CNC fabrication?
A:Yes,we can.We have tapping,drilling,milling,carving,precious cutting,
burring remove,double-end cutting,angle cutting etc.
4,What’s the MOQ?
A:There is no MOQ after starting the mould,but it has in second order.
It’s 500KG for normal profile.
5,Which way you will calculate weight?
A:We can calculate weight with theoretical weight and actual weight both.
6,Could you offer the sample for check?
A:Yes,we can offer 10cm long sample for normal profile,and can offer
10cm long sample after starting the mould for customized profile.If you need
other length of sample,please let me know.
