Main features of metallizer:
1. High-precision AC frequency conversion drive to adjust the speed in winding system,so it has the features of stable running,high speed,not scratch the original film,not wrinkle and orderly winding ends.
2. Excellent digital tension control system has the features of constant tension,constant linear speed and rapid running.
3. Powerful pumping groups have the features of high pumping speed and with PLC control system.
4. Large power in evaporation system for Aluminium has the features of high metallization efficiency and good uniformity for the coating.
5. Aluminium system can be adjusted total or single.
6. Aluminium system moveable for ease of cleaning and maintenance.
