Solid wood color sample optional:
Pictures of color samples are for reference only(there would be a little bit difference as chromatic aberration and lighting), if there is any difference between pictures and actual products, actual products should be followed.
Glass tread material optional:
Package: EPE, Air Bubble Film, PP bags, carton, wooden case/according to clients' requirements
Payment: T/T 30%-50% deposit, balance before delivery and shipment
Delivery time:Delivery on time as the contract.

2. Detailed installation drawings and instruction are provided.

or somewhere doesn't rain too much outdoor all the year round.
or it will be easy to be rusty if it closes to the rivers, oceans.
or the climate is railing too much outside.
2.Stainless steel 316:
SS316 can be used outdoor completely, even close to the oceans and will not be rusty at all.

1. How do you package the staircase ?
The staircase components are packaged seperately , treadboards , glass and small fittings are packged by the wooden box ,
big steel structure are packaged by the fiber bags .
2. Can Demose Provide us the measurement and the installation service ?
If you have this special requirement , Demose will provide the measurement and installation service . But the cost is calculated separately .
3.Can you provide us the goods according to our drawing ?
All the railing and the staircase can be custom made in our factory , you provide us your drawing , then we can make it according to your drawing
4.What is about the delivery time
The delivery time for one staircase normally is about 40 days .
