2 Q: what’s your product’s advantage?
A: I would like answer this question from 4 contrast
2.1 Material contrast
Partly brands: quality requirements are not strict, using normal glass and glue.
Our brands: strict with the quality, adopt imported AGC glass and Nippa glue.
No brands: in order to reduce the cost, using poor material.
2.2 CNC contrast
Partly brands: using normal PET film carving technology, tolerance control in less than 10C
Our brand: using leading CNC carving technology, tolerance control in less than 3C
No brand: crude technology, hole location is not accurate, even the naked eye can distinguish bias.
2.3 Edging Contrast
Partly brands: only grind edging, touched smooth, but the durability is general.
Our brand: adopts vacuum absorption to make the 2.5D arc edge and relieve the striking force. The touch is smoother; and the visual effects are better.
No brand: no edge grinding after cutting, have a harsh hand, easily broken.
2.4 Tempered Contrast
Partly brands: the time of tempered less than 1.5 hour, bearing capacity is only twice stronger than normal PET films.
Our brand: First warm the glass up to about 650℃, eliminate the internal stress and then cold it down quickly with wind blowing. the hardness can reach 9H, three times stronger than regular PET films.
No brand : no tempered processing, easily broken, only a silicone layer to prevent the glass spread.
