High quality reflective thermal transfer film details are following:
1. The network version:
render choose mesh screen for 150-200 purpose, the smaller font, mesh number to more.Hot melt adhesive to choose 80-120 mesh screen.
2. The machine printing must render pulp add 783 slow drying agent, Suggestions for half a day in advance to join stir placed, such as adding 3% to 3% when using curing agent.
3.Transparent reflective silver printing film:
jump three silver base slurry, every print in 60 degrees oven bake for 10 minutes.Then three hot melt adhesive, the first two into 60 degrees oven for 10 minutes, the last time 70 degrees bake 30 minutes.
4. Color:
transparent reflective membrane seal to print two color, printing again white, then three times of hot melt adhesive.(due to the lack of strong reflector transparent reflective membrane, so require color to have the very strong cover).
5. Silver reflective printing film:
jump in two transparent render pulp, printing 1 silver pulp, render every print in 60 degrees oven bake for 10 minutes.Then three hot melt adhesive, the first two into the oven to bake for 10 minutes and 60 degrees 70 degrees bake 30 minutes for the last time.
6. Transfer printing:
pyrograph machine pressure 4 kg, please ensure that the table level and pyrograph plate temperature and the temperature is consistent, at the same time, need to check whether pyrograph plate temperature uniformity.Transfer printing temperature and time according to the hot melt adhesive on the melting point and cloth, usually adopt 150 ℃, 15 seconds.
7. Tear film:
heat transfer, reflective film to be cold to tear PET film.Hand holding up cloth, parallel to tear film at 180 degrees.
Application:
Carton and wrap film. Specifications according to customer requirements.
