INTRODUCTION

RS-986D is styrene & acrylic copolymer water dispersion, designed for high performance  exterior latex paint. RS-986D designed as the binder for coating, which film has excellent features in anti-yellowing, anti-dust, freeze-thaw stability, good leveling and calcium ion stability.
