INTRODUCTION

RS-3218 is small particle pure acrylic copolymer emulsion, widely used for various coating formulation. It has excellent dirty resistance, swab and ultraviolet resistance. Good adhesion to base surface, usually used for wall repair. In exterior coating formulation, exhibits excellent features in dirty resistance, adhesion, waterproof, and weather and alkali resistance
