Our milling machines has passed the strict CE certification and had already got the CE certificate. Our factory also get the ISO certificate.
On the X, Y and Z guideway of X6323A, we adopt the double 55°dovetail designation, it is very convenient for users to operate and maintain.
For X6323B, on X and Z axes guideway, we adopt the same 55°dovetail designation. But on the Y axis guideway, we choose rectangular guideway in increase the intensity.
For increasing the working life, the work table and X/Y/Z axes guideways have been hardened, which rigidity is within HRC45~60.
For insuring the accuracy, the worktable and guideway finished quenching will be going into the following high accuracy processing steps, like milling and grinding.
The milling head can title ±45°, Ram can be swivel 180° horizontally.
The guideway on saddle is adopted with TF-wearable material, so that to make the movement fluently.
