Shipment

1. For sample order, we use courier like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS. Customer   can assign the courier.

2. For larger order, we could use courier or air cargo or other special forwarder.

3. Customer can also assign the forwarder to make the transportation.

 After Service    
 1. Quality guarantee: One year after delivery    
 2. Defective products: Replacing, deducting or refunding

 1. ODM: Based on our ready models, you are welcome to change some little details, such as color, material, technique, button and others as arranged.    
 2. OEM: Offer your design documents, or let our designer team work out some concepts for choosing, then we produce for you according to contracts.

1. Discussing and contracting: Confirm the design details/Quote the actual price/Sign the contracts    
2. Designing and developing: Design the inner machinery; (if need)/Study out the project, including lay-out and programs/Make the engineering samples/Finalize every detail.   
 3. Preparing and sourcing: Make the molds/Purchase the materials.   
 4. Manufacturing and certificating: Produce/RoHS, CE, TUV, UL, FCC and other certifications(if appointed)
