The refined machine has two categories: the single-piller pneumatic lift and the double-pillar pneumatic lift.
On carcass processing line, the pre-decorticated carcass completes skinning processes by decorticator.
Two lifts are needed here to complete the decoration.
The decorticator is an important device on slaughtering Line which helps pre-stripping cattle pare off its skin. Its characteristic is simple structure, easy operation, reliable and eases maintenance and so on.
There are two kinds of decorative machine, mechanical decorticator and Hydraulic swing-arm decorticator. Two workers are needed here to operate the machine. They use chains to fix the foreleg on the machine, and then they pare off the shin from top to bottom. During the process, the lifts are available at suitable place to control the whole process.
