Function:
(1) Actomatic Wood Rolling Machine is consist of working table, turning organization, pressing organization, electrical system organization, feeding organization
(2) Has two kinds of mode:(1)Under Manual mode, can press/release, up/down, forward/reverse separately.(2)Under Automatic mode, can go back to original location automatically after finished the work.
(3) When the door panels are reay on the feeding table, press the transfering button, the transfering belt will bring the panel into the packing unit. When the panels is detected by the optic-electron sensor, the packing band will be put out, and the pressing unit press the panle, at the same time, the turning table start to rotate; after the turning table rotating, the band tighten facility retract and loose the band; the band will be tighten packed on the panels round by round while the panel is passing the packing unit. During panel pass the packing unit, antoher optic-electron sensor is actuated, the rear press unit will press the panel, and panel is transferred by the rear transferring table.
