All materials checked before production with our advanced equipment, to ensure the specification of material meet our requirement or customer’s special requirement.
We keep sample of LED of each order, including detail specification, if customer require the same color temperature in different order, we can make it as request. If any problem happen, we can also check what the problem was.
Using automatic SMT machine to put soldering paste on the PCB, to ensure every soldering point has enough soldering paste, which can avoid miss soldering problem.

Aging 24hours for all products, most problems can be found here. We can fix them in this procedure. If many LED has problem, we will reject all the goods and make new one for our customers.
After the aging test, we will do the third QC for 100% of goods, check the soldering problem, outlook(clean or dirty), color consistence of LED, our QC will also do the beating test for the LED strip to avoid any soldering problem.
