2/ We have a quality assurance date which is 1 years, include the bicycle frame/ bicycle fork/ bicycle rim/ bicycle handlebar/ bicycle stem.
Return and Refund Terms:
If the price of kids bicycle that you received are defective, please contact us within 7 working days and show us the proofs, photos, etc. Our workers would deal with it at any time.
1. Q: Can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check, but will add extra cost and shipping cost by courier.
2. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.
3. Q: What payment do you accept?
A: In general, our payment is 30%T/T as deposit and 70%T/T before loading.
4. Q: How does your factory carry out quality control?
A: Quality is our priority. Our QC always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.
5. Q: Can you painting our logo?
A: Yes, the parts also could print customer logo.
6. Q: Do you have the certification?
A: Yes, We have the ISO9001:2008 and CCC certification. The important one is, our kid children bicycle can past the CPSC standard.
