- made of stainless steel, the main body of our machine is clean and corrosion resistant
- The working table of our product is adjustable. It can be adjusted to five inclinations that are 0o, 7.5o 15o, 22.5o and 300 respectively.
- The automatic belt vacuum packaging machine seals the packaging bags through the way of transient heating and water cooling. Thus it can seal the packaging bags neatly and firmly. The lid of the vacuum chamber can be turned upwards to keep the inside of the conveyer belt neatly.
- Using The Japanese Mitsubishi control system and touch screen and France Schneider electric and magnetic induction switch Merlin Gerin open, thus the electronic system is safe and reliable.
- The Italy-made electric motor for the stepper system guarantees precise steeper position of the conveyer belt.
- The product is installed with magnetic switch that have stable performance and longer service life since mechanical contacts are avoided.
- Setting and modifications can be made to packaging parameters including the vacuum time, the compressing time, the seal time, the cooling time, the waiting time and the packaging quality.
- The automatic belt vacuum packaging machine can be used for packaging the marine products, meat products, cooked foods, pickles, frozen foods or the products that contain much water such as bamboo shoots and lotus roots.
