A1.Yes, We can make any design and quality you need.You need to send us your rug photos and your design, sizes and quality etc.
Q2. How long can we make the rugs for you?
A2.It’s up to your size and the knotts, usually take around 4-8 months;
Q3.Can I return the carpets?
A3.If the rug have any problems, you can return to us we will give you a good solution.please cantact us when you find prolems.
Q4: What is your MOQ?
A4: For customized design, our MOQ is about 400Sqm .
For our factory design in stock. NO MOQ .we can also accept trial order.
Q5: What about your package?
A5: Rolled for small size; Folded for large size;
Packed in double woven bags with anti-water inner film
Q6: What is your delivery time and shipment?
- The samples or small order, the rugs will be ready within 5 days after received your payment,
We will sent by Express Delivery,such as DHL, EMS,UPS,FedEx or TNT;
- For wholesale order or big shipment, the rugs will be ready within 10 days after receiv ed your payment,
We will be sent by air or sea as your request.
