Introduction of PMMA ABS Sheet
ABS is one of the five synthetic resins, whose impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and electric property are good. It is easy to process, its products have stable size, its surface is lustrous and it's easy to coat and color. In addition, it also can be sanitary fittings, machines, automobiles, instruments and meters, ABS is a kind of thermoplastic engineering plastics with extremely extensive applications.
PMMA resin is the best macromolecule transparent material at present with its light transmittance reaching 92%. Through the special three-layer and five-layer co-extrusion technology, it can be extruded into composite plate together with ABS, which has all the merits of PMMA and ABS and acts as the updating and upgrading product of traditional PMMA casting products.
PMMA-ABS composite plate, which is also called as high force plate, is the plate used by our company for the sanitary fitting industry, having such features as "antibiosis, environmental protection, humanity and health".
