Usage
1 To activate: place the metal inside between forefinger and thumb, press against is to start crystallization, when the crystallization completed, squeeze the hot pack to make it soft and ready to use
2 To recharge: place the hot pack in boiling water with cloth below, note, prevent the plastic bag from contacting the bottom of the pot for about 5 minutes or until all the crystal is dissolved

Q: Why is my PVC instant Reusable heating pack rock solid after I've finished using it?
A: When activating the heat Hand Warmers, crystals form immediately. They remain soft for awhile but as they cool down, they begin to harden.
Eventually, the Hand Warmers will be quite solid. To return the Hand Warmers back to its liquid state, simply boil for the recommended length of time.
Q: I put my PVC instant Reusable heating pack in the freezer and now it’s rock solid. How do I “unfreeze” it?
A: The Hand Warmers never actually froze in the first place (see question above). To reset your Hand Warmers, simply boil in a pot of water per recommended
length of time for your Hand Warmers (see question below).
Q: How long should I boil my PVC instant Reusable heating pack for?
A: Recommended boiling times:
Neck/Shoulder : 20-30 minutes
Back/Abdomen: 15-20 minutes
Knee/Joint : 10-15 minutes
Hand Warmer : 5-10 minutes
Q: What is inside my PVC instant reusable heating pack ?
A: Sodium acetate, which is a salt and vinegar solution; it is non-toxic. Furthermore, as there is no electricity involved, PVC instant reusable heating pack are safer to use than
electric heating pads.
Q: Is the temperature of the PVC instant reusable heating pack safe? Will it burn me?
A: The Hand Warmers will heat up to 130 degrees. This is typically a perfectly safe temperature and is the same temperature used in “hot rock” massages. Safer
than an electric heat pad.If you have particularly sensitive skin, be sure to place a towel or cloth between your skin and the hot Hand Warmers.
Q: How many times can I use my PVC instant reusable heating pack?
A: As long as you take good care of it, there is no limit on how many times it can be used.
