SHENZHEN RIFDA LCD CO.,LTD was established in September 2003 with registered capital RMB 110 million  and 16,000 square meters of area of factory building, located at QiaoAn Industrial Zone, GuanLan HighTech District, Longhua, Shenzhen. We are the national high-tech company, specialize in the design, manufacturing, and supply of high quality LCD and LCM products, such as TN, HTN, STN, FSTN, CSTN, VA, 3D glasses product etc .We have more than 1,300 employees, the R&D team comprise 170 staff members with bachelor degree . We have gotten ISO14001 environmental management system certificate and OHSAS18001 certificate of conformity of occupational health and safety management system certificate, ROHS , SGS and so on .

–        Three LCD product lines.

–        Two color film fliter product lines.

–        Fifteen automatic COG product lines.

–        Two hand operated COG product lines.

–        Twenty five TAB product lines .

Manufacturing Ability :1,500,000sets of 14 inch * 16 inch STN-LCD, and 32,000,000 sets of LCD modules per year.

Technical Ability:producing 320x240 STN with 1/240duty, 0.01mm.

Including0.4mm,0.55mm,0.7mm,1.1mm.The following are available: maximum dots: 320*240, minimum line width: 10μm, drive mode: 1/240duty, normal driving voltage: 3~5V.High voltage and low voltage are available for our products. The range of ultra wide temperature reach -40°C~90°C.
