Product Description:
Tubing anchor ,which is used for oilfield to extract oil with pumping unit ,fix the tubing anchor on the casing, to prevent the pipeline moving down and up. It is made up of coupling ,central tube ,traction body ,friction block ,reset spring,upper cone ,lower cone,slip sleeve,bidirection slips,safety pin , safety pin cap and the bottom joint ,etc.The characteristic is :it by means of the mutual effect of upper cone and lower cone ,make the bidirection slip compress reset spring, and attach which on the inner wall of casing ,make the oil pipe fix on the casing relatively ,so as to the tubing bunch can’t wriggle with the moving of sucker rod .So the extraction effiency of pumping unit is raised ,solved the problem that the fatigue fracture of tubing bunch which caused by the up and down motion and repetitive extend and retract motion of sucker rod will lead to the tubing bunch falling into well ,the tubing anchor is a perfect tool which anchor the tubing bunch.
Characteristics: effectively anchoring the tubing string on the wall of well during the PC pump operation. When the anchoring is no need it is easy release the anchoring condition.
