The production process
Cutting: According to the design-drawings, the steel sheets(open and flat) are cut into the different sizes by the high-accuracy machines, without error and burrs
Pressing: The CNC machine tools and other machine tools work with the big-scale moulds together to realize the standard and flowline production, which assure the production efficiency and quality
Bending: Skilled manpower and advanced facilities make sure the clear lines and perfect appearance
Welding: Locate the work pieces into the fixed mould, firmly weld with CO2 shielded welding or argon-arc welding and then conduct slag removing and polishing.
Coating: All the sheet material parts will go through 13 treatments of water cleaning, acid-washing, phosphating etc. The importing automatic spray facilities and top-quality powder promise the coating to be flat and smooth, non-toxic and smell
Installation: To ensure the firmness of every screw, the installation work shop adopts pneumatic tools to conduct mass and flowline production
File Shelving Systems Acceptance Test Procedure:
1.Check the mobile shelving arrangement.
2.Put some files one the shelves to check the operation.
3.The mobile shelving whether or not can be move of all of parts.
4. Adjust and control the mobile shelving.
File Shelving Systems Maintaining:
A. Lube adding,After the mobile shelving operation for some times,open the bottom shelving(base) to add the lubricating oil for the chain wheel and bearing .Can be keep the chain drive smooth.
B.The room should be Keep it dry, ventilative.
C.The body surface not allow long sunlight.
D.Should keep the rail clear,no clutter.
E.Can't be used oil, High alcohol, rosin water, banana oil to clear the coating surface.
