1. We want to send you the quotation, but i don't have the 3D files, how can i do ?
Don't worry , you just need to send us the product's photo which you want and also provide us the detail information , like the material , specification also include the surface finish requirement, then our engineer department can make the 3D files for you . also the competive price will send you in the same time .
2.How about the sample charge ? Also for the mould fee?
For the sample, we usually charge the fee . If you need to send the sample via Express company, like UPS or Fedex, it can available just need to payment the freight fee .
For the mould fee , our company have more than 15 years manufacture experience , so many types we can make and don't need to open the new mould. If your product have many new requirement , we will open the new mould after we make a discussion about your drawing files. And the mould fee will return to you when you send us the offical order and payment the deposit .
