FC-W450 Waterborne fluorocarbon coatings is the new fluorocarbon coatings created by Shanghai Hengfeng Fluorinated Carbon Materials Limited Company. The main film forming matter is new waterborne fluorocarbon resin. It adopts high weather resistance ceramic pigment with the processing of it and high performance additives. It is a kind of waterborne fluorocarbon coatings with excellent performance.
Features of performance
Environmental protection: The dispersion medium of FC-W450 waterborne fluorocarbon coatings is water. It is without organic solvent and free formaldehyde. It has extremely low VOC. It does not have heavy metal. In addition, it will not cause pollution in production, using and discarding, so it matches the requirement of green ecology.
Highly useful in decoration: Different colors and shines, even various solid colors and metallic colors, can be modulated. In addition, many textures, such as flat paint, gigging paint, embossed paint, knurling paint, can be made. It can be very good in decoration for a long time.
Very good weatherability: Fluorocarbon emulsion, which is created especially, adopts the core- shell copolymerization technology. Although the product dose not include high amount of fluorin, it uses branched chain perssad including fluorin effectively. In this case, the perssad including fluorin can be made sure to maximize the effectiveness. The paint system of Hengfeng maches the perssad including fluorin perfectly so that the weatherability of the overall coating is guaranteed.
High stain resistance: After using the product, the surface becomes hydrophilic. Stains are easy to clean. the perssad including fluorin forms inert structure in the surface so that the surface does not contaminate.
High cost performance: high weatherability fluorocarbon emulsion has stable performance. All indexes match the standard of the industry and the price is cheaper than other kinds of products.
