1. Specifications:
- 1. Function
DDF fan is a kind of highly efficient fan, intaking air from one side. DDF fan is of small vibration and large air volume. It can apply to large air volume use and generally can be also used for ventilation. DDF can discharge air, any gas of non-corrosiveness, non-viscidity with temperature less than 80℃.
- 2. Type
DDF centrifugal fan is of single air suction. Its impeller is backward impeller, installed on the motor reel with compact structure, thus being convenient to maintain. It includes two types: fan anticlockwise and fan clockwise.
- 3. Structure
The DDF fan is composed of main parts like impeller, casing, air intake and motor.
1) Impeller: It is welded with steel plate, consisting of 12 pieces blades. Impeller is revised through static and dynamic balance, to guarantee smooth operation, low noise and long service life.
2) Casing: It is welded into snailed casing and integral structure by steel plate.
3) Air intake: Convergent air intake is stampinged by fine quality steel plate with streamline section, thus producing small resistance for air going into impeller. Integral structure is formed with bolt fixed at the entrance of casing.

3.Notes:
1. Only under completely common circumstances can the fan be functioned.
2. If running the fan after overhauling, you should check the normality of each part of the fan.
3. Regular work should be done to protect the fan from getting rusty, like clearing up the dust, dirt and impurity inside the fan and running pipe.
4. No perform maintenance during the running period.
5. If the current is too much(over the motor rated current), switch should be turned off and check should be done to see whether the direction of impeller rotation is in conformity with the arrow signified direction. Otherwise, connection should be readjusted.
6. If the flow is too much, not in conformity with the operating requirements, or small flow is needed in a short period, adjustment should be made by throttling device.
7. If any abnormal phenomenon like vibration during running or stopping, the operation should be stopped promptly and inspection should be done.
