Plastic Pet Bottle Grinding Machine:
This is a high efficient crusher which is designed for plastic bottle and some containers which with strong elasticity. Base on the normal crusher, we increase a water inlet for offering water during crushing, which to avoid damage of bottle’s nature quality. Besides it equip with positive feed system and suitable for both dry crush and watered crush.
(Standard type: only with watered crush; Positive feed system: with both watered crush and positive feed.)
Feature:
-- Outboard bearing: deep-set heavy bearing is fitted beside the machine, prevent the dust from dropping into the bearing; long life, easy maintain, especially excellent for the watered crush. Effectively avoid the damage of original quality of bottle. It also can work without putting water—dry crush.
-- 6pcs rotary Flat-cutter with ,mainly used for Plastic Bottle. High-quality cutter, sharp edge, durable in operation.
-- Easy operation; easy and quick to Change cutter.
-- Custom-made sound proof Bottle Grinder and grinder with standing station, Feeding Belt Conveyor and Discharging system etc.
