Product Description:
PHC Concrete Spun Pile Manufacturing Plant
According to Concrete pile strength , there are PHC piles, and PC piles, According to different wall thickness, there are PC piles and PTC piles. Spun pile production line is used to produce High strength Cocrete piles. The popular specification of PHC piles are3 00mm ,400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm and 1000mm, the length can be 7-15 meters, or we can design the mould according to your request.
Concrete pile spinning machine with steel pile mold are driven by variable frequency and variable speed regulating motor, and rotate at high speed to remove wet slurry and make concrete close to the inner wall of pile mold.
Concrete pile steel mould is used for producing square or round concrete spun piles .
The length of finished product is from 6,18m, and the diameter of finished products is 250-800mm.
Working Principle:
1. This spun pile steel mould shall operate together with pile spinning machine.
2. This mould forms pile under the force of centrifugal. There are longitude stiffeners and latitude stiffeners on the mould surface.
3. The mould rotates in high speed under the motor driven. The redundant water in the slurry is released by the force of centrifugal, and the concrete is dense and high in strength. And the spun pile is formed around the inner wall of the mould.

1. Saving a great deal of steel, about 30~70% (employing cold drawn steel wire can save 30%~60%; employing high stress steel wire can save 40%~69%).
2. Crack resistance can increase about 3~5 times
3. Rigidity increases 1~3 times.
4. Reducing the cost (using cold drawn steel wire can reduce 25%~40%; using high stress steel wire can reduce 12%~21%).
