Over the years, Zhejiang Qiyangtech focused on development and service of embedded industrial ARM products,depend on the technical accumulation in TI series processors project and industrial business application, makes rapid market-response. Aim at the technical requirement of charging station billing system demanded by State Grid, R&D a type that totally meet the standard of State Grid, which could offer convenience for customers to directly embed it to the inside of charging station. 

 

 

The whole scheme as follows:

Processor: TI AM335X series processors, ARM Cortex-A8 core, basic frequency 800MHz;
RAM: 512M DDR2 SDRAM;
FLASH:2MB Dataflash 1G NandFlash;
4-CH RS232 serial ports, one is for DEBUG;
2-CH USB ports;
1-CH MINI-PCIE(connect 3G/4Gfull netcom,2 organizational SIM cassette) ;
2-CH CAN(with isolation), support CAN2.0 agreement;
3-CH RS485(with isolation);
2-CH LVDS(with protection), 1-CH LCD interface;
MCASP audio port, single track audio output,(standard 3.5round hole interface);
1-CH SD card port;
1-CH 8pin connect to 4X4 matrix keyboard interface;
8-CH GIPO;
6-CH DI, blank nodes provided by exterior, interior 12V, optical isolation;
6-CH DO 220V/5A, relay isolation;
+12V power supply, have reverse polarity protection;
 External ESAM/PSAM chip: implement billing unit encryption;
 External GPS or beidou module:implement charging station positioning;

Qiyangtech adopts present IAC-335X core board, develop QY-335X-MB baseboard, which totally conforms to the standard of State Grid, customers could directly use it to charging station billing unit control. Moreover, compared to SBC, customization cycle of core board+customed baseboard is shorter, and it will be more flexible in later designing and functional modifying.  

 

 

 

 

 

EV mainboard Core Module is designed by 6-floor PCB; the volume is only card size; together with CPU, DDR2 RAM, NandFlash, DataFLash, network; using 5V dc power supply, low power consumption; 2 x 100 BtoB connectors lead various commonly used interfaces; The core module is compatible with all AM335x-ARM Cortex-A8 series processors, and the users can choose different types of appropriate processor chip to reduce cost(only for bulk users).

 

Note: the AM3354 is the standard processor of IAC-335-X-Kit, which is to reduce the users' costs, and the rest of the models are compatible spell foot, only for bulk users!
