2.Product Structure Performance

1. This type of product is made with national standard nut, the material quality is common carbon structural steel, Mark Q235A. The mechanical performance can reach to 4.8 degree.

2. The outside surface is disposed by the technology of  multicomponent alloy were permeability so the antiseptic performance is better than the ones which are disposed by other technology and the antiseptic time can reach to a length of 25-30 years.

1. Please check carefully that certification of inspection and operation instruction manual are in the box or not. The certification should give clear indication of : name of commodity, specifications, date of manufacture, quantity, name of inspector, name of manufacturer. Check if the package is intact and the inspection ID on it or not.

2. Check carefully that if the anti-theft nut is good or not, rubber mat has lost or not before the installation. If have, do not install it.

3. Operate according to the processes with common tools.

4. In order to avoid packages being damaged in the transportation process, they shouldn't been rained to the greatest extent. The

anti-theft nuts should be kept inside, avoiding to contact high

 temperature,open fire, strong acid etc.

5.Installation Process

First step: Spin twist anti-theft to bolt a little until that the blot can push the endotheca out completely.

Notice: Do not let the endotheca fall off before spin twisting.

Second step: Take away the endotheca, spin twist the anti-theft nut downward until it can press and fasten the bolt tightly.

Third step: Screw the anti-theft nut with common tools.

Fourth step: Installation finish.
