How to use Fun Slides Carpet Skates?
1. Use the athletic shoes.
2.Place a Carpet Skate on the floor with gripper grooves facing forward,
3.Place your heel against elastic heel strap and slide foot back until the hook and loop foot strap will cross over the top of your shoe.
4.Strap the Carpet Skate to foot securely.
5. Begin by waling slowly (first use);
6. Then progress into pushing off with your toe as you would with socks on a bare floor.
