12 foot fishing kayak with pedals and rudder system
As kayak fishing grows as a sport there are more and more kayaks available,including some specifically decked out for fishing with storage hatches, live wells, rod holdeers and areas to mount fishing finders. Selecting a kayak comes down to the angler and the areas they want to fish. Most anglers fish from a sit on top kayak as they are sealed holes to allow water to drain out quickly when heading out through the surf or taking waves into the kayak. Select a kayak that you can handle, but also one which has a large enough payload to carry yourself and your gear. Smaller kayaks are generally prefeerred for tight, sheltered waters and shorter distance paddles, with longer kayaks generally range trips, offersores and touring. Whichever kayak you choose they are easier to store than a boat and lower maintenance.

Packaging:
All of kayak are packed by three layers. Plastic bag+carton sheet+plastic bag. Yaks can be proteced well during the transportation.
Shipping:
Normally, kayaks are transported by full container via sea way. We did not recommend you to buy as bulk cargo, if you do not have the container to leave from China, It is not cost-effective and will be easy to damage kayak.

The roto-molded plastic used to make our kayaks has extremely high UV rating which prevents our kayaks from going brittle and losing their colour following exposure to the sun. The process of roto-molding means there are no seams on our Kayaks making them fantastically hard wearing and maintenance free.
Only quality Stainless steel screws are used to attach rod holder/ handles etc. and all fixings are screwed into durable brass inserts, which form part of the hull. These Kayaks are made to last.
Kayaks from Cool Kayak are roto-moulded(rotationally moundled). In this process, the finest linear, medium density polyethylene powder is poured into the Kayak Mould which is then put into a large oven and rotated until the powder has melted and formed the Kayak. Once cooled the Kayak is fitted with accessories and inspected carefully. The end-product is a lightweight and very durale Kayak with no seams.

What sit on top kayak to buy ?
SOT(sit-on)
* Stability is usually greater than sit-in
* Relatively easy to get in and out (including on the water)
* Freedom of movement
* Large storage areas on the deck, easily accessible
* Best for fishing and surfing
* Exposed to the elements(sun, cold, water,etc)
* Exposed to wave splash and constant driip from the paddle
* Slower and more difficult to paddle than sit-in
* You will always have a wet bottom from sitting in small amount of water
As you can tell there are pros and cons for each style of kayak and no perfect kayak exists. Many times your choice of kayak is dictated by the activity you want to do. For instance, if you will be fishing 90% of the time and touring 10%, get a SOT. If you are 90% day trips and touring, get a SINK.

One full 20ft container
Kayak will be easy to damage and it will not cost-effective as LCL. We do not accept LCL only unless you have the container to leave from China.Cool Kayak has set up the process to make ordering easy for you by having the optional consolidate all products.
Another manufacturer is using High density polyethylene, why do you use Low density polyethylene?
The marketing ploy used by the miss-informed retailer. High density Polyetheline (HDPE) is indeed very hard, but also very brittle. Great for garden chairs and blow molded bottles. Linear Low Density Polyethylene is used for kayaks because it isn’t hard, it is malleable (bendy) and so can absorb the shock of rocks and waves. So there you are! All the best kayaks are made from LLDPE.
Delivery time
Once the order is placed and the process begins, your kayaks should be ready to ship within 15 working days after receiving deposit for one 20ft container. and 25 days for one 40hq container.
