High precision Vacuum Laminator Machine vacuum laminating machine+bubble remover lcd vacuum
This is a newest upgrade 15 inch laminating debubbler in one machine.Built-in air compressor and vacuum pump.Laminating and bubble remove only one step ,100% no bubbles.
Operating steps
1. plug in power line ,turn on the power switch.
2. Adjust laminating pressure to 0.5Mpa.
3. touch system start ,click"setting".
4. set the "vacuum time" to 15S,"laminating time" 25S,"Debubble time" 5-10M,"Laminating debubble temp"40degree,Click"comfirm",Click"automatic" preheat.
5. open the machine cover lid ,tear off the oca protect film.
6. put the glass on lcd ,then use one finger click the middle screen softly.
7. put it to laminating area in order ,close the cover lid ,Tighten the screws.
8. click “ start ”,vacuum air-removed start ,Tighten the scews again.
9. it will turn to bubble remove mode after 25 seconds automaticly, it will automatic exhaust after debubble.
10.Loosen the screws,Take out the screen.

During the warranty, we can send spare parts for free.
When the warranty is expired ,you just need to pay for the spare parts and freight .
Q4. Do you accept OEM order?
A:Yes, of course, but we have quantity requirement, please feel free to contact our staff for details.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Normally your order will be sent within 3 days;and for customer order products in great quantity, 7 to 15 days. Generally 20-30 days for customer OEM products.

A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q7. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
