HAND HELD PLASTIC EXTRUSION WELDING GUN (TSD-D)

Advantage:

• Absorbed the technology from similar products of Germany and Italy and adopted hot air machines. Due to large power, the extrusion volume could reach 3KG, Its performance is stable, the intergrated design is adopted for the pre-heating air and screw extruder.
• The welding quality is good and the mould design is smooth without any blockage.  
• There is no dead corner and carbonization.
• The fan imported from Switzerland is installed to ensure large air output, adequate heat, and the base materials will have a higher temperature prior to adhesion in order to achieve good melting effect.
• TSD-D has larger extrusion rate: 5kg/h
• TSD-D has the temperature controler whicn can show the welding temperatures.
• TSD-D can use the plastic granule as the welding raw materials. but it can't make welding when the directions are upward which is the disadvange.

Usage:

• welding PP/PE/PVC plates, vessels and chemical tanks,
• connecting pipelines, making pipe bends,
• connecting and sealing various plastic pipes,
• making and fixing plastic tanks, welding plastic sheets,
• making pipe fittings and bending products in different shapes.
• In particular, our products are fit for outdoor onsite operation.
