3. Steps:
·Sample/Drawing: We need your detailed requirement clearly. Better with 3D drawings.
·Negotiation: Material, cavity, price, delivery time, payment term, etc.
·Place order :According to your own design or choose our design.
·Mould design :We will communicate & Exchange the opinion with you during the drawing
·Tooling mould :After customer approves the mould design, we will start making mould.
·Mould process: Provide photos to customer to show them tooling process
·Sample confirmation :Send you sample for conformation, if not satisfied by customer. we will modify mould .
·Delivery time: Within 30 days after customer approve the sample and then arrange shipment.
·After service: If you need any help after the deal, we will also do our best to help you.
4.Payment & Shipping Terms:
·Minimun Order Quantity: 10000pcs per order
·Payment Terms: mould and sample 100%T/T in advance,Production 50% T/T before production and the balance be settled before shipment
·Port: Yantian port of Shenzhen,China
·Packaging Details: usually poly bag and exported carton,can also meet your needs
·Delivery Time: Within 30 days after order confirmed
5. Drawings: CAD ,Solidworks for plastic products or AI files for silkscreen of the logo
