Product Description
SGFM series automatic thermal film laminating machine is a compound eauipment based on thermal film and paper.This machinecan realize the paper feeding,laminating,separating and temperature control full automatically.The electric system is controlled by PLC and with toch screen operation.The heating roller is heated up through the circulation of heated oil in order to insure the accuracy of Iaminating temperature.This machine is with high degree of automatization,easy to operate,highspeed ,big pressure and high it will be the first choice for large ang medium enterprise bacause of its high performanceprice ratio.
Construction features
1.Pre-stack paper feeding system:Collect paper before working.
2.Man-machine interface system:5.7inch colour touch-screen.it can be easy to operate,intuitive,and input directly the paper
size over lapping distance and laminating speed,and can check the machine working condition at any time.
3.Paper separating system:It can separate the paper into sheet automatically after lamninating.
4.Automatic paper stacking system :It can collect the laminated paper after separating.It is also equipped with pneumatic
shoot paper device.
5.Automatic paper rewinding system:It can rewind the laminated paper if it not needs paper separating.
6.We adopt the advanced air shaft to place the film and rewinding shaft.and its tension can be adjustable.
