2,Printing cylinder installing Device wihout Axis:
The Installation of printing cylinders adopts air cylinder to pull core of axis to install cylinders.Horizontal adjustment adopts movement of screw.
Performance:reduce time to replace the cylinders.Assure boards concentric,improve the quality of product.
3,Structure of ink scraper:
The ink Scrapers can be adjusted up and down as well as its positions.The pressure of scraper adoptsdual air pressure style.The horizotal movement adopts both the rotaions of the motor and movenment of cam.Performance:lenthen the service of the printing cylinders.
4,Impressive lift Structure:
The impression adopts dual air cylinder to impress through lifting to position the solenoid,which is a protector for the air leakage of the cylinder when the machine stops working.preforance:Assure the average of pressure and color choromatic aberration.
5,Chromatic Mechanical Handles:
They adopt computer of control,synchroic motor to transfer the ball thread bar to adjust the chromatography through reducing the speed to register color automatically.Performance:Rotate with lubrication and high precisioninchromatography.
6,Material-Collecting and Feeding Device:The material collecting and feeding stand adopts dual scaffold,it can change material roller and collect materials automatically.The rension fo material-collecting and feeding adopt frequencyinverter vector to control the linear speed.The tension of material-collecting adopts bing controlled by torque motor.Performance:accelerate the cylinder in horizotal direction,save materials,ink,impregnate and energy for large quantities of printing products.And while the speed of material collecting is 150m/min,the most waste of material collecting is about 5 meters,it can save about 15 meters comparing with three vector frequency inverter,and it can save about 25% link,impregnate and energy resources and lower the cost of the product largely.
7,Drying and cooling device:
The drying system adopts oven which colsed completely.The opening or closing of the oven is controlled at the same time by the dual air shaft.The temperature is controlled by intellingent thermo-controller ,while the returming roller water-cooling device to control to assure the cooling of film,Performances:save electric power.
