Application:
All-in-One L Sealer and Shrink wrap machine is a single step machine incorporating seal, trim and shrink into a single operation for shrinking items from a reel of two layers - centrefolds shrink film.
All-in-One L Sealer and Shrink wrap machine is a single step machine incorporating seal, trim and shrink into a single operation for shrinking items from a reel of two layers - centrefolds shrink film.
This machine is widely be used for packaging foodstuff, beverage, pharmacy, video disc, hardware, cosmetics, book, toy and electronic products or shrinks wrapping a combined product for sales promotion in supermarket.
Features:
- Integrated sealing and shrinking in one step, to reduce electricity consumption and package handling time for increased throughput.
- The new Dual Magnetic Hold Down feature enables the operator to simply lower the hooded chamber and the magnets apply the seal pressure to produce great seals and eliminate operator fatigue.
- Overheat protect function extends the life span; Hand clamping protect device avoids mistakenly damaging the product and also for the safety of the operator.
- 400°C stand durable transparent hood, making sealing and shrinking processes fully invisible enable prompt adjustment to guarantee the best packing performance.
- Equipped stainless steel conveying mesh with adjustable height to improve efficiency. Automatic transporting the products out after the sealing and shrinking automatically, double increase the packing capacity.
- Adopts glass fiber cutler's isolator and nickel alloy cutter in order to reach perfect sealing line, to avoid the film sticking the cutter.
- Furnished with pinhole equipment for film rolling.
- Adopt PPS thermostable cutter clip can bear heavy intension for long time operation.
- Stable, efficient performance sealing, durable and easy maintenance heater wire.
