It is rotary type, mainly sued for rinsing new bottles send the bottles to the filling machine.

1.PET bottle enters the machine by bottle distribute wheel star, and turned with mouth down by clip and turn mechanism, a

fter sterile water rinsing and drying, automatic turn with mouth up, and send to filling machine by bottle-outlet wheel star. The main structure with rinsing water and outer shield are all stainless steel material; open type gear drive.

2.Renew stainless steel clip, simple structure, convenient adjustment; small area touch with bottle mouth,

avoid the secondary pollution for the bottle mouth efficiently.

3.Bottle rinsing machine inlet pipe equipped with pressure gauge.

4.Bottle rinsing machine equipped with water collector to callback rinsed water.

5.The consumptions of the water for each type of bottle when rinsing is 105ml/s (when 0.25Mpa)
