DDB Normal Pressure Used Lubricating Oil Purification Equipments
1. This equipment used in a general environment, no special requirements.
2. Easy operation. High automation control device equipment, each equipment just need one or two workers to opearte.
3.Low Processing cost. Processing one ton oils just need about 30 dollars processing cost(additive).
4.Wide raw materials. All additive’s raw materials use with regular and low price basic chemical raw materials.
5. Environmental. Oil processing under the condition of fully hermetic state, won’t produce harmful gases to the human body and environment, Waste oil colloid and asphalt carbon oil will become sludge which canbe use for asphalt stock or fuel.
6.High oil recovery.Recycle 85% to 90% diesel,3% to4% gasoline,2% to 3% kerosene.
7. Short production cycle, high oil quality(Index asSN150-SN200),no unsaturated oil composition, long-term storage not change color,no unpleasant odor.
8. Wide range of processing.Each day can process 1-60 tons oil.

1. Pretreatment system: Waste oil flow to distill still after pretreatment.
2. Distillation system :Use fuel or gas to heat distill still to make oil reach operating temperature, blending plant keep blend, insulation system constant temperature.
3. Filtering system: Quickly filter out mechanical impurities from the oil derived, obtain high quality oil.
4. Oil storage system: After cooling, Base oil and gasoline and diesel stored in advance and then into the oil tank.
