Q: What is wireless charger?
A: Wireless charger is a new kind of charger which use the Electromagnetic induction principle to charging devices, similar to the transformer.
Q: How does it work?
A: Wireless charger has two parts: transmitter (charging pad) and receiver.
Both transmitting terminal and receiving terminal has one coil, the transmitting terminal connect to power soure and create the electromagnetic signal, the receiving terminal reaction the signal from the transmitting terminal, then create the electricity to the battery.
Q: What is its advantage?
A: Wireless charger do not use power line to connect to the devices to charge it .it makes charging easy and convenience..
Q: How to charge my mobile phone through wireless charger?
A: If you want to charger your phone through wireless charger, you must have the wireless charging pad and wireless charger receiver module (except part of phone built in receiver).
Q: My phone is little bit hot when charging, is it normal?
A: Both transmitter and receiver side of wireless charger would generate some heat when charging, it is safe and normal as soon as the temperature is lower than 42 C degree. If you found the temperature above 45 C degree, please contact the manufacturer directly.
